EKS Music School was founded in September 2014 in Quincy, Massachusetts, by Ellyses Kuan, an internationally acclaimed pianist and music educator. A native of Hong Kong, Ms. Kuan began her musical journey at the age of three and went on to study at the prestigious Eastman School of Music. With numerous accolades, including the Steinway & Sons Top Teacher Awards and the MMTA Teacher of the Year honor, she brings a wealth of experience and passion to her teaching.

Under her leadership, EKS Music School has grown into a thriving institution, offering personalized music instruction to students of all ages and abilities. The school provides a nurturing and supportive environment where students can develop their musical talents through private lessons, group classes, and community performances. Through her dedication, Ms. Kuan has built a vibrant musical community, inspiring students to reach their full potential while fostering a deep love for music.
