We are beyond excited to welcome the internationally acclaimed pianist, pedagogue, and co-author of the Piano Safari method books — Dr. Julie Knerr Hague — to EKS Music School as part of our 2025 Masterclass Series!
On Saturday, April 5th, Dr. Hague will be joining us for a full day of music, learning, and inspiration.
The day will begin with a combined Parent Workshop and Elementary Piano Masterclassfrom 10:00–11:30 a.m. at Saint Chrysostom’s Episcopal Church (1 Linden Street, Quincy, MA). This event is free and open to the public.
🎶 During the masterclass, our young pianists will perform and receive expert instruction directly from Dr. Hague.
👨👩👧 In the parent workshop, “Pianists and Parents,”Dr. Hague will speak about the important role parents play in supporting their child’s music education at home, offering helpful insights and tips.
In the afternoon, we’ll continue with an Intermediate Piano Masterclass at our own studio (Room Aria). This class will feature four of our intermediate-level students. Due to limited space, this session will be streamed online for our community to enjoy.
This is a rare opportunity to learn from one of today’s most influential voices in piano education. We hope to see many of you there!
